Fantastic
Pros:

Excellent value for everything you get included!! I wish we would’ve stayed a few more days so we could have done more, but that just gives us more of a reason to come back now! It was a wonderful spot, we had so much fun with the amenities there and the other resorts and the land of natura. Clean and comfortable as well! Cannot stress enough what a great value everything was. Can’t wait to come back next summer.

Loved being so close to a lot of the attractions

Cons:

The check in office was very small and wait time was a while if busy. If customers had questions or needed anything, we waited for a long time.

It was decent and give it a 7 out of 10.
Pros:

Location and the inflatable water park.

Cons:

The extra cost to have lounge chairs on the beach and not able to bring in your own water in a container (I had to pour out my water that I paid for at the security station before allowing us to enter the beach and then bought MORE water at the bar). We also didn't know we had to call and request to have our room cleaned daily and to be given new towels and toilet paper.
