Everythign was good aside from the cabin floors.
Pros:

The cabin was nice and good location.

Cons:

The floor in the cabin was dirty and even after washing them myself they still felt very dirty and I had to wear shoes the whole time.

Cons:

That you had to pay for the chairs and picnic tables/tables at the inflatable water park, I don’t think that’s okay to charge people for things that should be offered for free

Run down and no customer service
Pros:

Hotel was awful. Dirty, paper thin walls and ceilings that shake when anyone above or adjacent walks, tv’s don’t work, and hotel staff and housekeepers were terrible. Arrived one afternoon to find our door wide open (left that way by a housekeeper that did nothing more than fold the toilet paper roll into a triangle - couldn’t be bothered to actually clean the room or even make a single bed). Despite reporting the issue, no housekeeping came the next day, and management didn’t call back. In fact, no management or supervisors over age 20 were present anywhere on site. Land of Natura Waterpark was excellent, but stay elsewhere!

Que explique muy bien donde están los lugares y el hotel

Cons:

No me gustó porque me llamaron y dicen estamos haciendo ruido pero estábamos costados y no estábamos haciendo ruido eso no gustó

The beds in the cabin are comfortable but there is no insulation in the cabin so the cold air doesn’t really cool it off
Pros:

I liked the lagoon for my kids

Cons:

The bathrooms needed cleaned better and smelled like urine. The cabins aren’t insulated and the air conditioner is very loud.

Relación precio es buena.
Pros:

Súper céntrico, el acceso a los diferentes parques acuáticos es gratis, el parque acuático es genial la diversión es tanto para adultos como para niños, el Zoo es súper lindo además puedes darle comida a los animales una experiencia increíble.

Cons:

Los colchones de las literas son muy delgadas, es lo único que cambiaría.

if a camping experience and a good value is what you’re looking for, this checks those boxes. just don’t expect glamour.
Pros:

was very close to all the attractions in the dells. the lagoon was nice. the free tickets to the zoo and the land of natura were great!

Cons:

-bathrooms/ahiwers were EXTREMELY filthy. we stayed in a cabin that had a shared shower/bathroom area with all the other treehouse/cabins. the showers were not heated, found the hot water heaters were shut off. (someone turned them back on, not the staff 😉) used towels left on the floor and disgusting smells were constant. our cabin was dirty upon check in, pistachio shells were found in the bunks. housekeeping never came the entire 4 night stay. the a/c in the cabin barely kept up during the afternoon, the cabins are not insulated so the heat just cooked on the inside. not a huge deal but some insulation in the ceilings would be more comfortable and save the resort some money, a ceiling fan would even help.

Terrible, this is the most ripped off I have ever felt by a hotel.
Pros:

Literally nothing

Cons:

The whole set up was terrible, the property is disgusting and dirty, staff were rude. The "themed room" had no theme, it was just ridiculously priced, you are paying a premium price for an absolute trash hotel, just a terrible value. Ice machine didn't work and staff didn't care, they just told us WE could check the other building. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in ten years.
