Pros:

I loved that you can use the Land of Natura and their other affiliated parks and beaches with free parking

Cons:

Their amusement park is like 9 miles away.

Pros:

Close to a lot of attractions and downtown. Clean rooms and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No chair for relaxing in. Shower head too low and the building and rooms need upgrades.

Wonderful stay. Water attractions were great especially the Land of Natura which is 2.3 miles away
Pros:

Stayed in the hotel. I liked the space. We had 2 rooms and my room was bigger than the other room. They were connected rooms. It was just so helpful to have the extra space. There were 2 sinks too which was super helpful since 4 of us were in the room. Not super nice but it was clean and perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The staff really didn't know the property. Misdirected a few people in my group. We had 50 people staying and there were a couple of issues when checking in. But after that everything was great.

Great for a family vacay!

The water areas were great,water was warm,

In the kiddie area by the volleyball section theres no life guard I seen 2 but there backs were always facing me. Kids can drown in shallow water to ... but anyways other then that and the fact they closed early yesterday without explanation it was nice!

Third visit wasn't as good as the first two

The location was good. You could walk to the downtown strip area. Most everyone slept well.

Cons:

I've stayed at this Natura location twice before. The rooms were nice and spacious. I didn't realize there was a building B until this 3rd stay. These rooms were smaller and definitely weren't as nice. We reserved two rooms this time as we brought more family members. They had issues with the shower in their room right off the bat. Not sure if we'll return if we're going to be stuck in building B.

Very happy with our stay at the cabins of Natura and access to the many parks!
Pros:

The cabins were great, clean, functional, A/C was very much appreciated! The different water parks were all enjoyable. A very fun trip and a great value!

Cons:

There were only 2 outlets which were already being partly used for TV and refrigerator so charging our devices was inconvenient
