The customer service was flawless. Hired their service for airport pickup. Govinda treated us so well the entire time. He made sure check in was great, arranged for us to have an earlier flight home so we would not miss our connection and was our safari look out. He made it possible for us to spot 25 rhinos on our all day safari. He made sure we had everything we needed with some extra surprises. The entire staff was always so accommodating and friendly. The massage and room were amazing. The room was so full of character and had everything needed with a great view toward the river and bush. I can not imagine staying anywhere else for safaris in Nepal. Great job Bahari!

Safari was a must do

The staff at this hotel are very kind, attentive and are all trying to ensure you’re having a great stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our room and appreciated the natural decor and views of the lake. Thank you for accommodating our request for connecting rooms. The safari we booked with our Naturalist, Rajesh and driver, was a memorable experience. Everyone was so kind to my son, which made it more special. We hope to return in the future.

Wszystko idealne, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, piękny wystrój hotelu, otoczenie dopracowane w każdym detalu, każdy element wystroju był idealny i naturalny, doskonale się w nim czuliśmy, łóżka bardzo wygodne, basen wspaniały, kuchnia pyszna, przed przyjazdem personel zapytał o wykluczenia i alergię w diecie i dostosował do nich kuchnię, zapytał o łóżka i również przygotował takie jakie sobie życzyliśmy, na każdym kroku czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, kelnerzy pomocni i uprzejmi, wycieczka Safari była dobrana do naszych oczekiwań , przewodnik o imieniu GOVINDA ZAPEWNIŁ NAM WSPANIAŁY CZAS I przygodę w dżungli, hotel zasługuje na specjalne wyróżnienie, żałuję że byliśmy w nim tak krótko. Chętnie wróciłabym na dłużej.

Excellent breakfast and food in general.

It's right in the middle of the forest. Lovely plantation, courteous staff, most food items were good and most of all, very capable manager!

Everything! It’s a great setting and staff was wonderful and attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barahi Jungle Lodge. I went there with my brother and we were both impressed with the facilities as well as the staff on site. It was during Christmas and the team had organised wonderful lunches and dinners for everyone staying. We also booked a jungle Safari and a boat Safari through the lodge and both were organised very well. We spotted rhinos Deers and several birds during the jungle Safari which was quite exciting. The guides for both were knowledgeable and very helpful. I must also talk about the wonderful location which overlooks the Rapti river and made for a calm and serene getaway. I wish I could have stayed for longer and will come back for sure.

The buildings and decor are first class. Location just across the river is perfect.
