Despite a comfortable room, the poor staff service and billing issues made for a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable and of a high standard. However, the overall experience was severely let down by the staff. The service felt intrusive, the reception team was unsupportive, and there were serious discrepancies regarding our room billing that felt misleading.

Aanrader, maar wellicht even de kamer controleren net voor je verblijf.
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk royaal ontbijtbuffet. Mogelijkheid tot lunch en diner. Fijne roomcleaning! Locatie prima en zeer makkelijk aan taxi of tuktuk te komen. Fijn bed. Goede airco.

Cons:

Het leek of onze kamer waterschade had gehad. De vloerbedekking leek vochtig en muur en plinten hadden vreemde vlekken. De kamer had een muffe, vochtige lucht. Daardoor voelde het voor mij niet schoon.

Per un pit stop va bene, per un soggiorno piu lungo non lo consiglierei

Posto molto normale, camera di dimensioni piccole, su un vialone molto trafficato, non centralissimo, c'è di meglio ma anche di peggio.

La calidad en general no corresponde con el precio pagado.
Pros:

El edificio tiene encanto histórico. El desayuno es bueno. El personal es muy agradable y ayuda. La climatización de la habitación funciona muy bien. La cafetería no la probamos pero tenía todo una pinta increíble.

Cons:

La limpieza no es buena. Las almohadas huelen a grasa de pelo. El inodoro no estaba limpio, le hace falta un buen repaso. La puerta del baño no cierra. Una sola percha para poner ropa. El colchón era malo o no estaba en buenas condiciones.
Las tazas del desayuno tienen que limpiarse bien porque tenían suciedad incrustada de no haberse lavado correctamente. Una pena estropear un desayuno bueno.

部屋に入った瞬間、蚊が２匹いた。電気式の蚊取り器が置いてあるが全然効いてなかった。
シャワールームの扉が閉まりきらなかった。
テレビのチャンネル数は20chくらいあったが、ほとんどまともに映らなかった。
