Pros:

Great location, very comfortable

Cons:

Barman spent all his time on the phone and totally ignored me. I was the only person in the bar. When I asked him if I could be served, he just continued his conversation. Not typical of the rest of the staff though

Excelente! Es la cuarta vez hospedandome aqui y lo elijo siempre. El personal super amable, las instalaciones supremas! Amé el gym. Lo utilicé todos los días ;) continuaré volviendo!

Hard 3 start hotel standard … absolutely not recommended

Location is good but honestly shangrela group should revise this location …

Cons:

1. Stuff are absolutely unhelpful , you come to hotel alone you check in alone you carry your luggage alone and when you check out once again alone nobody even bothers to help and that is 5 Star hotel ?
2. Standard is absolutely awful, very old and outdated . It deserved a hard 3 star rating and DEFINITELY NOT A SHANGRELA WORLWIDE STANDARD!
3. Hotel is dirty , room are dusty and bathroom also. There is lack of amenities in the room .
4. Breakfast area same , poor selection of food , very loud and absolutely dirty and smell !


This hotel deserves hard 3 stars not 5 stars and definitely doesn’t hold the worldwide shangrela standard … very disappointing and not recommended
