Thin walls, poor service
Pros:

The location is good, very central to visit everything and metro station 5 mins away. The room was clean.

Cons:

Area a bit sketchy.. bit like Soho in London, a lot of drug addicts and drunks, I felt safe though as busy area. I found the reception staff not very welcoming, reminded me a bit of the goblins at Gringotts Bank in Harry Potter, civil and polite but not warm or welcoming. The hotel is more 2 star - 3 star only due to it's location. No dressing gowns, kettle/cups or so much as a face tissue provided in room. But the worst part was the thin walls, was treated to several erotic performances from the room next door... not ideal when staying with your teenager. Our room (349) also had a partially blocked sink and a broken shower holder.

La habitación estaba estupenda, tal y como aparece en la fotografía y estaba muy limpio

Cons:

No vamos a volver, ni lo vamos a recomendar. Una de las empleadas en el desayuno cuando le pedimos que nos montarara el servicio en la mesa que elegimos con muy malos modales y delante de todo el mundo nos dijo que porque no nos sentábamos en las que estaban dentro y una vez que accedió tampoco le parecía la mesa que habíamos elegido, por supuesto nos fuimos y desayunamos fuera, pero cuando nos quejamos el recepcionista la justificó, diciendo que es wie ella es así... en fin no volveremos el personal no tiene ni un pase...

Afternoon receptionist was amazing! She was very pleasant, made us feel at home and welcome, helped with reservations and a pleasure to have her greet us. It was very clean. Stayed in rm 404 and would stay again!

Cons:

No fridge. However, afternoon receptionist helped us and stored our items.
