Our stay at Samui Zenity was truly memorable. The owners are incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. I accidentally canceled my booking, and when I called the owner, she warmly assured me that I could still come and that she would take care of everything. That gesture alone made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The warm welcome, friendly behavior, and delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort is also perfect for families with children, as there are plenty of toys and activities to keep kids entertained and happy throughout the day.

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing swimming pool. We spent two wonderful days enjoying the pool and creating beautiful family memories. The peaceful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and genuine hospitality made this place feel like a home away from home.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Samui Zenity for making our vacation so special. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay in Koh Samui.

Wir waren das zweite Mal schon hier und die neue Besitzerin Stephanie und ihr Mann sind total nett und herzlich. Auch das Personal war super. Alles erledigt nach deinen Wünschen. Frühstück ist auch alles ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten. Also immer wieder gerne. We Love you Samui Zenity Team

Pros:

The owner is very nice and open. We really liked the place, because there was a kitchen outside and you can use it freely. You can also rent a motorbike there if you want.

Cons:

It is really far from everything. Without a bike you are cooked. You have to rent a bike and if you do, then the location is good.
The rooms are a bit outdated and AC didn’t work properly.
The vibe is not so Thai since the owners are European, which we missed a bit coming to an Asian country.

Tout. Superbes chambre spacieuse et propre avec petit coin salon/salle à manger. Lit très confortable, belle salle de bain. Une grande cuisine commune. J’ai adoré l’endroit. Situé proche des montagnes de Koh Samui, très nature, c’était magnifique! J’ai adoré. Il y a également une petite piscine super sympa. Les propriétaires sont des amours!

Cons:

Rien, tout était nickel. Il y a eu une petite panne de courant durant 1 jour, ce qui ne m’a personnellement pas dérangé. Ne vous fiez donc pas aux commentaires relevant de ce détail car c’était un cas isolé et ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver à n’importe quel hôtel.

Super séjour au Zénith
Pros:

Le dévouement et la compétence de Cyril, Stéphanie et Allan. Et ce n’est pas parce qu’ils sont des compatriotes ! Tou était parfait , avec ce supplément d’humanité, cerise sur le gâteau . Tous ces ingrédients réunis font un séjour réussi. Les visiteurs, avec ou sans enfants, apprécieront à sa juste valeur ce havre de paix très familial et profiteront de leur connaissance de l’île sous tous ses aspects. Très belle surprise de mon voyage qui aura duré plus d’un mois !

Great value! Room was nice and the facilities are nice!

Cons:

Check in at around 9pm wasn't pleasant. I always try my best to make it easier for all, but I just don't speak French and the whole process was off. I felt uncomfortable for not being French or "European" for the French owners who received me. It was fine, but I felt profiled and I just wouldn't stay here again.

Un superbe séjour
Pros:

La sympathie des propriétaires, le lieu très cosy avec sa superbe piscine, possibilité de réserver des scooters sur place. Possibilité de prendre petit déjeuner sur place et aussi de manger sur place soit en faisant sa cuisine soit en se faisant livrer

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Alles war sauber und die Anlage auch mit Liebe gestaltet. Das absolute Highlight war der Pool und die Rutsche...und vor allem dass der Pool rundum geöffnet hatte!
