Esperienza rovinata dalla scarsa pulizia
Pros:

Posizione ottima e personale disponibile. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check-in sia il giorno della partenza.

Cons:

La pulizia è stata deludente. Già all’arrivo abbiamo trovato specchi sporchi e capelli nella stanza. Durante il soggiorno il bagno non è stato pulito, i cestini non sono stati svuotati e gli asciugamani sporchi sono stati ritirati senza essere sostituiti. Anche i letti sembravano solo sistemati superficialmente. Nelle aree comuni c’erano odore di umidità e odore di fritto. Inoltre il bagno cieco senza ventilazione è risultato poco confortevole.

Questo Hotel lo salva solo la posizione

Cons:

Avevo soggiornato 5 anni fa e avevo dato il massimo dei voti. Ora darò il minimo. Sporco il bagno, sporco il vetro e pure lo specchio. Asciugamani e lenzuola inqualificabili. Non ci tornerò di certo anche perché l' ho pagato tantissimo. Troppo. Non vale. Sicuramente da evitare.

Cons:

We booked the hotel and paid for it through Booking.com, but when we arrived at the door, we were unhelpful and had to spend the night outside. We ended up paying the full price for a hotel we didn't even stay in.

A well located hotel with helpful staff but the pictures do not correctly represent the inside of this hotel, it’s dirty
Pros:

The room and bathroom was an okay size. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was hot and a good pressure.

Cons:

The rooms need a refresh, paint was peeling off, there were marks on the toilet seat, the shower door was hanging off and there was tears in the pillow case. There was also dust on the shelves. There wasn’t always someone at the desk which made it difficult to then get back in to the hotel.

le personnel d'accueil c'est tout ou rien, nous avons vu 4 personnes, 2 très agréables (1 dame et 1 Mr) e
emplacement parfait à cote du métro donc tout est facilement accessible
les chambres sont propres, lits confortables

Cons:

pas de tv connectée, sèche cheveux je n'aurai pas osé l'allumer, porte de couche qui ne ferme pas
pas de petit dej
personnel d'accueil 2 autres de nuit certes mais alors le sourire c'est de l'option
