Good value by the sea.
Pros:

Clean and close to the south Beach.
Complementary snacks and drinks.
Easy check in and check out.
Good value for money.

Cons:

One of the rooms was unfinished which was weird..
Room would have benefited from a fan (was quite hot) and black out curtains (curtains were thin and white so very bright in the morning)

A lovely home from home
Pros:

Felt very welcome was allowed to leave our luggage when I arrived with 2 children in addition they really enjoyed the cereal and fruit provided thank you very much

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and not far from the beach, and all the little extras were amazing cereal, milk, fruit, tins of pop,water,biscuits couldn't falt it and the lady who welcomed us was lovely.

A happy stay
Pros:

The room was clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of complementary items - coffee etc, cans of pop, water, snacks and breakfast cereals etc. The linens and towels were immaculate. The check in was easy. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Also very quiet room and location.

Cons:

The staircase had a slightly sweaty/feisty smell, but that was only outside one room.
The decor in the room, and radiator in particular, could do with a little update. The bathroom looks to have been redone fairly recently, but the shower hose/head had a leak.

My recent visit to South Dene hotel was absolutely disgraceful it wasn't fit for anyone to stay in i have photos of it.

Also the toilet was loose from the floor.

We visited for our 40th wedding anniversary and our holiday and anniversary was completely ruined. We tried to find somewhere else to stay but everywhere was fully booked
