The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool was nice to have access to during a heatwave when we visited.
The rooms are also quite large compared to hotels inside the center of the city. It's about a 5 min drive to Saint Jean de Luz. Also very dog-friendly! (with extra charge)
It feels like there's a lot of "add-on" charges, though their website is relatively transparent about it, but not if you book through 3rd parties like booking.com.The breakfast was well stocked but I'm not sure it's worth the price. We pre-booked only 1 day's breakfast out of our 2 days stay and they tried to charge us an extra day. Dogs are 15 euros per dog per night. Tourist tax is also extra at checkout.
Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum şehir merkezine arabayla 10 dakika yürüyerek yarım saat. Yolda işaret yoktu yürürken kaybolduk, zorlandık.
Asansör yok ama personel valizleri taşıdı.

Everything was magnificent! It was a pleasure to stay at Chantaco. I recommend everyone to have that experience. The service was amazing! The rooms, the pool area the scenery, the garden! Amazing!!!!
