Stayed here during a walking holiday. Superb location and high standard of accomodation. Only downside was a mis communication regarding location of breakfast.

Waking up in the morning, opening the window, and being greeted by that beautiful little medieval town, the thermal pool, the birds singing, and the peaceful silence it felt like going back in time. It was an incredible experience. I could truly feel Tuscany in my soul.
La zona donde se encuentra es espectacular, está al lado de la plaza termal del pueblo, además nuestra habitación tenía vistas a esta terma y nos pareció precioso. El restaurante es estupendo con muy buena calidad. Y el desayuno también está muy bien. También destacar la limpieza tanto de la habitación como de los espacios comunes. Para poder acceder al spa te ofrecen albornoz, gorro, chanclas y toalla, un pack muy completo.
Nosotros reservamos también la experiencia de spa y cuando llegamos a las piscinas nos dimos cuenta que el estado de las mismas no es fiel a las imágenes. Una de las piscinas si está aparentemente en perfecto estado de uso, pero la otra tiene un color de desgaste continuo del tiempo que da sensación de suciedad. De hecho, no nos metimos en esa piscina, ni tampoco en la de la sauna porque tiene igual o peor aspecto.
Our stay at Albergo Le Terme was truly excellent from beginning to end. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home right away.
The property itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and pleasantly uncrowded — perfect for anyone looking to truly relax and recharge. We especially enjoyed the thermal spa, massages, and wellness treatments. It was wonderful to spend time in the spa, relax with tea, and sunbathe outside while enjoying the calm Tuscan surroundings.
The location is also fantastic for exploring Tuscany. There are lovely small shops and restaurants nearby, convenient parking, and even bicycle rentals close to the hotel. It is an ideal base for discovering the beauty of the region while still enjoying a quiet and restorative retreat.
We would absolutely love to come back again.

When we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and told us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the city’s central thermal pool, which of course made us very happy! The room itself was quaint yet modern, with a beautiful shower and a stunning view. After checking in, we headed straight to the spa, which had two thermal pools and was wonderful. Breakfast was also fantastic — the coffee was fabulous and the extensive buffet featured high-quality Italian produce. We will cherish the memories of our stay at this hotel for a long time to come!

We stayed in the lovely annex - the Locanda della Loggiato. Beautiful room with access to all the main hotel's services.
One minor gripe. I ordered a glass of wine on the terrace. The price was on a blackboard next to my table. I was charged a higher price, with the argument that the price on the hotel's wine-list was higher. I had to argue with the waiter, and call the supervisor, for them to concede. The difference was small, but blaming a client for the hotel's mistake strikes me as unfortunate.
