Chambre assez petite, Petit déjeuner pas assez diversifié mais bon. Une brosse pour les toilettes serait super.
Property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Great transports links to main parts of the city with just a 20-25 minute underground journey to piccadilly circus with Aldgate station being right next door. Staff were very friendly and professional, customer service couldn’t have been better. On our last day there was due to be a fire alarm test at check out time and the staff made a point of mentioning that meaning we could check out before the test without any delay.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful young lady Dovile at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. Her warm smile, patience, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.
She answered all of our questions, gave helpful recommendations, and always made us feel valued as guests. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference and creates a memorable experience.

Modern, nice feel, welcoming
L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans la City, à la station de métro Aldgate (Circle line), non loin de Liverpool Street et d'attractions touristiques ( tour de Londres, London bridge, Monument...) . Les chambres sont propres, confortables et calmes.
Le petit-déjeuner est bien. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. J'ai passé un bon séjour. Merci.
