An excellent hotel overall, super nice staff and overall facilities. Got upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was a great touch. Location was excellent, right at the Aldgate tube station so having a night out as a solo traveller was not a bother for the first time in ages
Room and hotel were very nice. Location is right next to the subway and near the castle.
Room service was poor and we didn't get used cups, etc.. removed and supplies were not restocked.

fire alarms in the middle of the night, followed by kitchen not being able to serve breakfast... it was a very difficult last 24 hours
Issues with the fire alarm, it’s gone off in the middle of the night twice this year alone.
Location is perfect, right next to a tube station

La estancia en general estuvo bien; el personal agradable, las instalaciones muy limpias, la cama bastante cómoda, las vistas de la habitación espectaculares.
La habitación no era nada que ver a las fotos, la decoración es totalmente diferente (en un caso normal no importaría, pero yo elegí este hotel por las características que vi en Booking, y al llegar, era totalmente diferente, estaba renovado y era una habitación muy moderna, nada que ver al estilo “clásico”, por decirlo así, que se veía en las fotos. Estoy acostumbrada a ir a hoteles muy fríos, y pensé que en este iba a ser diferente, pero no fue así). Siguiendo con la habitación, era demasiado pequeña, elegí la Executive para tener más espacio y me decepcionó bastante. El baño era aparte de muy pequeño, tenía una puerta negra prácticamente transparente, que cuando enciendes la luz, la persona que está fuera puede verte perfectamente. El SkyBar muy coqueto, ¡pero unos precios que ni siquiera en Sky Garden! Me cobraron más de £20 por una copa que en la carta decía que costaba £17, supuse que era la propina de la camarera, pero no me parece correcto añadirlo directamente sin preguntar antes. El día de la llegada me retuvieron £50 libras de fianza, cosa que no veo mal, pero creo que tendría que ser avisado previamente a la reserva. Un dato menor fue que estuvimos toda la estancia sin poder tomar un té, ya que la jarra eléctrica no funcionaba, nos la cambiaron, y tampoco funcionó. La ubicación estaba bien ya que estaba a los pies de la estación de metro de Aldgate, pero es una zona de oficinas y no hay mucho para ver, el London Bridge está a unas 10 calles más o menos que es lo que más puede ser llamativo. En general la estancia no estuvo mal, pero en relación calidad-precio, no volvería a pagar casi 1000€ por 3 noches en un hotel que, en mi opinión, no vale ni la mitad.
