Location was perfect, right next to Aldgate station. A lot of things to do in walking distance. Rooms were basic but solid.
We stayed during the heatwave, one of the rooms had a great working aircon but the other room not so much, the shower leaked in one room, big puddle everytime a shower was taken.
Very impressed with the room and food in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a superior room for no extra cost. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Appreciated the upgrade to a suite on the top floor with an amazing view!
Aldgate metro istasyonuna çok yakındı. İstasyondan çıkıp otele giriyorsunuz. Çevresi iş merkezleri olduğu için iş saati dışında sakin. Kalabalığa girmiyorsunuz. Stansteddan ulaşımı kolay. Otele gelen metro hattında klima var.
Konaklama esnasında rahatsız eden bir şey olmadı.

I was not allowed to go up to the rooftop bar by myself. I was meeting some colleagues and they had me wait in the lobby rather than at the rooftop with a drink. (I was early because I needed to get some work done) After 15 minutes they let me up

Room comfort, small room, air conditioning didn't work, lighting stopped working,
Dieses Hotel (früher: Hotel Saint) liegt sehr zentral in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Tower of London und direkt neben der U-Bahnstation Aldgate. Das Zimmer war sauber, von der Grösse her völlig okay, mit einem grossen Badezimmer (ohne Badewanne, aber mit ebenerdiger Dusche). Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer, ausgerüstet mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Das Bett war bequem und gross genug, und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.
Das Basis-Zimmer verfügt über keine Kaffeemaschine - die gibt es erst mit der Zimmerkategorie "Executive" oder höher. Dies war meines Erachtens vor der Übernahme durch die Leonardo Hotelkette anders. Zudem müsse wieder einmal etwas in das Mobiliar investiert werden: Der Schrank schloss nicht richtig, und auch das Schäftchen mit dem Kühlschrank konnte nicht mehr komplett geschlossen werden. Das war auch schon in anderen Zimmern bei früheren Aufenthalten so.
