Kedves személyzet, Donile a recepción nagyon kedves és segÃtÅ‘kész volt. ElÅ‘bb érkeztünk a szállásra csak a táskáinkat szerettük volna letenni de el is foglalhattuk a szobánkat ami nagy könnyebbséget jelentett. A kilátásunk a szobából tökéletes volt. A hotel a központban volt, tower bridge 10 perc séta, metrómegálló közvetlen a hotel mellett. Mindennel megvagyunk elégedve, legközelebb ezt a hotelt fogjuk választani.
The property was very nice. It is a lovely location and a very clean property. I loved the view. Overall a great place to stay at London.
Location on the doorstep of Aldgate station was perfect, we left our bags early in the day, staff attentive, kind and efficient . Check in ...one of our rooms wasn't quite ready, we were taken into the restaurant a glass of Prosecco offered and within minutes the room was ready! Rooms perfect , clean and a great view of the skyline including the iconic Gherkin. A great experience from reception to security staff only to be expected as I usually choose Leonardo all over the Uk . Only negative stay wasn't longer !!

I didn’t like the breakfast experience
I have paid around £40 per person for breakfast which i ended up getting just a plate with small portions no open buffet which i was expecting
Perfect location next to Aldgate tube station. Staff were unbelievably attentive, polite and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything in it that I needed. Breakfast was superb, self service cereal and pastries and table service for the cooked section. I ordered a full English, I had a beautiful plate of food with perfect poached eggs.
There is nothing to not like. Trying to think of something to be a fault with and I really can’t.
La posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi London Bridge, tower of London, the Monument, Horizont 22, Sky garden e poi la alla stazione metro Aldgate che collega le più importanti linee di Londra.
Che per due volte le cameriere non hanno fatto le pulizie in camera. Lo abbiamo segnalata in struttura e lo Staff è stato gentile.
Fabulous location and clean hotel with comfy beds. The rooftop has stunning views and food at the ground floor restaurant was incredible.

En primer lugar, su ubicación en una zona moderna empresarial segura y con buena conexión con metro y bus. Además el staff fue muy amable y atento, y las habitaciones siempre estaban muy limpias.

Bar is owned by another company and is more like a nightclub that requires prior reservations. Breakfast poor value for money. We went off site the second day
The hotel was lovely and great value for money.
We were upgraded to a suite, however it was right below the DJ on the 14th floor and we could hear this on the Saturday night until 2pm.
