Great location, convenient parking, and overall charming hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful, food was great, bed comfortable. No complaints! Would stay again.
Shower was slightly dated.
The hotel is really good but the aircon was broken so it was hot. They couldn’t help it, provided an extra fan and did their best.

Location is central but note that Truro is very small.
- expérience not in line with reservation: a bathtub was indicated upon reservation and we were attributed a shower. Staff just said that the whole hotel was booked and didn’t try to find an alternative.
- WC was smelly. The whole bathroom smelled of piss. We had to close the bathroom door.
- loud and constant noise of seagulls all night long made impossible to have a nice rest.

Top floor rooms get really hot in the summer. The air con in the room doesn’t blow cold air just cool air.

The hotel is in a great central position in Truro. From the minute we arrived the staff made us very welcome. It was extremely clean. The continental breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and was replenished regularly.
Proximity to Hall for Cornwall is 2nd to none.
