Perfekte Lage für einen Stadtbummel, gutes Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten und sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal, das Extrawünsche (Briefmarke für Postkarte) offensichtlich sogar privat erfüllte, Danke!

Lovely building- very central, with car park
Rooms were stiffling. 1st room had aircon but it wasn’t working- you could not open window as there were lots of extractor fans outside from other buildings. 2nd bedroom was much cooler and there was a fan in the room.
Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable , gated car park was very good , we were visiting the Hall for Cornwall for a show and the Hotel is in an ideal position for this stay .
We were on the second floor and my husband is not good with stairs so our next booking in October we have asked for a room on the first floor .

Die Lage der Unterkunft innerhalb der Stadt ist optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist in der leichten Variante, die kostenlos angeboten wird auch ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Achtung, die Apartments, die auf den Fotos gezeigt werden, müssen nicht unbedingt die man bekommt. Die Fotos zeigen immer Wohnungen mit Dachgeschoss, wir hatten allerdings eine Wohnung ohne Dachgeschoss mit einer Raumhöhe von 2,20 m. Ich finde schon etwas seltsam, dass sowas überhaupt zulässig ist, Wohnungen zur Zeit, die man später nicht erhält.
Das Frühstück ist auch kein englisches Frühstück, wie man es kennt, sondern es ist ein leichtes Frühstück, für uns allerdings ausreichend. Aber auch dies sollte man vor Reisebeginn unbedingt mitteilen und nicht erst danach. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und wir haben die ganze Zeit die Leute über uns gehört. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Wir haben hier nachts ausgeschaltet.
