Good location
The hotel was advertised as "breakfast included" but it turned out that this was only a small buffet breakfast. They said it was a "continental breakfast" but this was not the case as in this case there should have been cheese and cold meats but it was just cereal, and pastries.

Overall quite pricey compared to our other hotels on this holiday.

Das Frühstück Buffet war ein bißchen sparsam. Wurstwaren und Käse ( nur einem Sorte) musste man extra bestellen. Nur ein toaster vorhanden.
Das Doppelzimmer ist zu klein wenn man zwei große Koffer hat, kein Möglichkeit die abzustellen/benutzen..

Kein Aufzug und Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Muffig riechendes Zimmer mit schiefen Böden.
Excellent for its age, adjacent to where we needed to be. Stayed in an obvious newly created room, on the top floor, knowing that they didn’t have a lift.I asked for a room on a low floor as I have some breathing problems. Three flights of stairs were a bit much.
No lift, no food facilities on the Sunday that we stayed.

Luke warm coffee at breakfast - they have taken away the single pots they used to serve to tables which contained fresh, hot coffee. Now you self serve out of those large flasks and the coffee does not stay warm.

The mattress was hard and very lumpy. The room was freezing cold, with a strong draught coming through the windows.

Ideal for visiting the Hall for Cornwall, so close to the theatre.
Fire alarm went off, staff well organised, soon sorted.
Close to city centre, was able to park in very secure carpark and walk around city.
