Pros:

Most things were fine. However, the room (16) was very warm the the corridor was remarkably cool. There appeared to be no way of opening the window. At breakfast, nobody informed my wife of an alternative to the instant coffee sachets. Whereas tea was made for me on request. I felt overall that for the cost, the cooked option at breakfast could and should have been included.

Nice stay in Truro
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Large, comfortable room. Kieran at front desk was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No air conditioning so room was hot and stuffy during the recent heatwave. Thankfully the hotel provided a fan and we could open the window. The stairs were a bit much for someone with arthritic knees.

We stayed one night en-route to our final destination; this was a very good choice
Pros:

Good room with a really comfortable bed. Even though the breakfast was described as "light continental" it was excellent - plentiful and with loads of choice. Very good location for the centre of the city

Cons:

It's a shame there's no lift; but that is made clear when booking!

We were upgraded to an apartment so that we would be cooler. A very thoughtful gesture. The apartment was spotless. Large very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast had plenty of variation. The location was perfect for an evening show. Plus large, secure free car park as an added bonus.
