Food was decent, can be upgraded.

Cons:

That rhe walls are too thin, we hear the slightest foor step or door handle. And the high way the cars were too loud.

And for the waiting for leaving the hall is too small, not enough benches

Flot Hotel og unik personale

Hotellet var generelt super flot og meget elegant/stilfuldt.
Værelset var flot og rent.
Personalet var imødekommen, smilende og hjælpsom.
Vi var på vej ud i byen og opdager da vi når receptionen, at det regner. Vi vender os om, for at hente vores regnslag på værelset og opdager, at den søde dame ved receptionen, står bag ved os med 2 paraplyer til os. Helt fantastisk.

Quarto inapropriado para acomodar famílias
Pros:

Funcionários muito gentis e boa roupa de cama.

Cons:

Nos deram um quarto com ar-condicionado defeituoso numa temporada de temperaturas muito altas. Ficamos no dilema de abrir a janela à noite para resfriar o quarto, mas o barulho da rua e os mosquitos não nos deixava dormir. Box do banheiro estava com uma porta faltando e vazando deixando o banheiro completamente alagado e super escorregadio. Um dos meus filhos escorregou quando foi ao banheiro a noite pois usamos 2 toalhas para tentar secar o chão sem muito sucesso.

Resultado: duas noites MUITO mal dormidas e nos sentimos enganados pois reservamos um quarto com ar-condicionado que não verdade não tinha.

Leider zu kurz, aber immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Es lag super in der Nähe der Metro, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Zimmer wirklich schön.

Great location, but poor communication and unresolved air conditioning issues made for a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the Executive Quadruple Room was spacious and well suited for our group. I also appreciated that the Front Office Manager responded to my complaint after our stay and offered compensation.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work during both nights of our stay. We had to wait multiple times for assistance without updates, move to separate rooms in the middle of the night, pack and unpack our belongings more than once, and never received the promised follow-up call. The replacement room also had faulty air conditioning, resulting in two uncomfortable nights with very little sleep. Communication from the staff was disappointing, and a complimentary breakfast that had been suggested was never provided. Although the hotel later offered a €40 refund, I felt it did not fully reflect the level of inconvenience we experienced.

Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel in Zentrumsnähe. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ruhige und schallgeschützte Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Ideal für kurzen Städtetrip geeignet.

Wygodny i bezproblemowy pobyt, z nadpłatą (chyba) za lokalizację.
Pros:

Lokalizacja 200m od metra to niezaprzeczalnie największy atut tego hotelu, i za to niestety płacimy premię w cenie. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń wobec hotelu i pobytu - sprawna klimatyzacja (w trakcie mojej wizyty było 40+ stopni, w pokoju zastałem 18 stopni), pokój bardzo mały ale wystarczający, czyściutko, łóżko wygodne, w pokoju TV, czajnik, suszarka. Śniadanie wystarczające (parówki / jajecznica / bekon + nieco wędlin sera etc. - podstawowe ale dla mnie wystarczające). Łazienka w pokoju obszerna, kompletnie zaopatrzona, mnogość ręczników. Jednak wciąż mam poczucie, że to po prostu powszechny i oczywisty standard, a ponad 250 EUR za noc to drogo jak za takie warunki. Więc jak na wstępie - płacimy głównie za lokalizację, nie za sam hotel.

Cons:

Jestem palaczem, a palić można albo na zewnątrz hotelu, albo na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu / tarasie, do którego jest dostęp tylko w godzinach 10:00 - 21:00. To było - dla palacza - irytujące, że muszę wychodzić na ruchliwą ulicę, żeby zapalić papierosa wieczorem. Balkonu / tarasu w pokoju brak. I miałem z tyłu głowy małe oczekiwanie bazujące na nazwie hotelu, że zastanę jakiś japoński pierwiastek - czy to w obsłudze, czy w jedzeniu lub wystroju/klimacie. Niestety, jedynym akcentem było kilka japońskich znaków na ścianach.
