Won’t Return.

Cons:

We had booked for three nights but on our first day we had news from home which meant we had to only stay for two nights. I spoke to the front desk, giving them more than 24 hours notice about only staying for two nights and asked will I get a refund for the third night. The chap said let me check with the manager. Later that day I asked him had he spoken to the manager and he said yes, but unfortunately there will be no refund.

A shabby hotel with a shabby attitude to guests.

The staff and location. Very accommodating.

Cons:

Not essentially about the hotel, but the lobby bar. They pour wine at 125ml and charge for 175ml. You can do better.

Lovely stay at the Henrietta Experimental.
Pros:

Very cute room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and good wifi. Also, the location was perfect.

Cons:

The main criticism was that it was hard to find on Henrietta Street. It took me a while going up and down Henrietta Street while dragging a lot of luggage before I could find it. Also, wish there was a bit more of a lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Henrietta. The reception team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to adapt to my needs. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was as comfortable as possible and always did their very best to help.

I would have loved to extend my stay and come back, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I definitely recommend booking well in advance!

A very special thank you and a big hello to the amazing reception ladies — they are truly incredible and made my experience so much better. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude will always be remembered.

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

sweet room , large bathroom with two sinks which is great for travelers. It was cozy for a mother daughter trip. I do wish it included breakfast and a better lobby but the room and linens and staff were all great.

Cons:

I like a lobby and small pillos for sleeping.
