Pros:

Wir lieben London, besonders Soho und Covent Garden. Da liegt das Hotel perfekt. Es sind unzählige Restaurants und hübsche Geschäfte in der Gegend. Viele Theater kann man zu Fuß erreichen.
Es ist nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Picadilly.
Außerdem lieben wir den Art Deco Style des Hotels. Es ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle reizend und liebenswürdig.
Abends bekommt man noch als Betthupferl leckere hausgemachte Kekse.
Eine Nespresso Maschine ist auf dem Zimmer vorhanden und, was mich als Milchkaffeetrinkerin besonders freut, es gibt kleine Milchfläschchen für den Kaffee, die jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt werden.
Endlich mal nicht die mickrigen Milchdöschen, oder noch schlimmer Milch in Pulverform.

Perfect location, excellent accommodations, lovely staff
Pros:

The location is outstanding, situated walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops and things to do. The room was lovely. Very spacious for the size of the building. Extremely comfortable and quiet despite the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

Bardzo dobrze usytuowany hotel w samym centrum Covent Garden, blisko do stacji metra. Bardzo ładny, wygodny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki. Dobrze wyposażony. Personel bardzo miły. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne z wysokiej jakości produktów.

Cons:

Na śniadanie mogło by być trochę warzyw.

Lovely clean property room was exceptional
Pros:

The location was superb and the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely poor and the staff who waited on were very poor. Every time we asked for a coffee the girl made it cold and she was very slow with everything she did. The buffet was very basic and the bread for the toaster was far too small.

Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location, in the heart of Coventry Garden. Ideally placed for theatres, superb restaurants, museums and art galleries. By London standards, the room was generous in size, and the bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The taped music selection playing in the restaurant is really dire. Each track had the effect on us of a fork scraping down a blackboard. I would have appreciated more storage space in the room. Also, the tv in the room didn’t work well, as the signal kept cutting out every couple of minutes.
