great value and location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

the staff were incredibly helpful and always so friendly. They knew english and were able to answer questions without resulting to google translate. The room was so clean and was close to train stations

Super convient
Pros:

Excellent location the train station was only 3 minute walk away and had an elevator and escalator which made it easy to travel with our suitcases. The room was a perfect size for us and our two bags. The laundry machine was great it was a washer and dryer combo and could be tracked on the tv.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Czystość w całym obiekcie

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo malutkie i z większymi bagażami pojawił się problem z pakowaniem. Śniadanie bardzo skromne, czasami brakowalo produktów. Ekspres do kawy, który bardziej trzeba nazwać automatem do kawy też był kiepski.

This well-located hotel in Akasaka was a great base for my adventures around Tokyo.
Pros:

A great little hotel located close to the entertainment district of Aksaaka. Choice of a few subway lines a north walk away was very handy. Cleverly designed room makes the most of the compact space. Drip coffee packets available from reception were a godsend in the mornings!

Cons:

The bathroom was quite tight. Also it would be a hard room for 2 people to share so a warning to foreign travellers might make sense. Automated check in felt a little impersonal.

4.5/5 AWESOME HOTEL!! VERY GOOD LOCATION. NOT VERY PRICEY BUT VERY GOOD HOSPITALITY AND SERVICES. SWEETEST STAFF. AKASAKA, FOR ME IS THE BEST LOCALITY TO STAY IN TOKYO. VERY NEAR TO SO MANY PLACES. LAWSON 2 MINS AWAY, FAMILY MART AND 7 ELEVEN 5 MINS AWAY. HARRY POTTER THEMED STATION!! AND SO MUCH MORE!
