A fun spot for jazz fans
Pros:

We booked a top floor room with a small balcony and superb views of the city and river. Nice location on the gardens. Great jazz club. We loved our night out there.

Cons:

Bathroom is small. Lifts very busy with live in residents.

Great location! Walking distance to so many place around Melbourne

Cons:

Parking was super expensive so just parked in nearby multilevel carpark for 1/5th of the price

Un établissement pour un excellent séjour à Melbourne
Pros:

Le personnel toujours souriant, aimable et attentionné. La vue sur le parc très agréable et déstressant. Le room service et le restaurant "La Mezzanine" pour le Breakfast and Dinner très appréciables. Le tramway gratuit à la sortie de la Résidence. Emplacement très proche de Victoria Market et Melbourne Central/Emporium shopping center.

A great place to stay for 6 night city getaway
Pros:

The location is close to public transport
And 3 min walk to the queen Victoria markets
The staff are lovely and the food very nice in the attached bar/restaurant

Cons:

The only thing is minor. As the carpet is very dark in the apartment and really needs to be vacuumed daily but the general house cleaning was great. Clean towels, bed made daily and kitchen supplies replenished daily

Pros:

The room was exactly like the pictures, if not better and the view was stunning.

Cons:

There were no napkins or paper towel in the kitchen for meal times and leaving just one coffee pod person I thought was a bit stingy. The fridge was so tiny we could barely fit the ingredients in it to cook for dinner. My fridge in my caravan is bigger.

Pros:

Great location with tram & train stops at the door.
Quiet,clean & the staff were friendly & very helpful.

Cons:

We had a 5 night stay with no housekeeping. 1 clean,tidy,top up & bed making would have been lovely.
The small Cafe downstairs which we previously used every day was never open.No matter what time of day we checked. They made great coffees & light snacks.
