Friendly place! Cool character. View was nice, although I didn't get any sunlight, so it was a bit dreary during the day.

Great location and accommodation at unforeseen short notice, at a good price
Pros:

Good choices for buffet breakfast
Restaurant dinner was excellent
Location was good, near Spencer St bus station
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Was able to book in at short notice

Great. Eat elsewhere though.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was dreadful. Even though breakfast was included in the price I paid once was enough. I feel sorry for anyone who forked out $25 for the 'experience'.

Wonderful location opposite Flagstaff Gardens highly recommend
Pros:

24 hr reception made check-in a breeze. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable well appointed room. As a solo female guest I felt safe. Room service was prompt and delicious and the breakfast was good value. Usually in smaller hotels you’ll find a slow lift, but these are so fast my ears popped going from the 23rd floor down to ground level in what felt like seconds.

Great value,very comfortable, handy location
Pros:

Excellent value, I stayed in the 1 brm apartment, very spacious , great facilities, nice view over Flagstaff Gardens. Handy spot with trams virtually on doorstep plus easy 10 minute walk to CBD Bourke St Mall, or Queen Victoria Markets.
I would book here next time I am in Melbourne.
( my only 1 complaint is lack of shelves in wardrobe - I was staying over a week)

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

Location close to CBD and public transport.
Very clean. Beautifully appointed spacious room. The Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Although my husband thought it was too soft. Quiet and peaceful. Good facilities like kitchenette, blackout curtains, washing machine and drier.
The staff at reception were very welcome and helpful. We also loved having a drink at the bar. Beautiful big park across the road.

Whilst the soundproofing works well against street noise, one night I was kept awake until past midnight by a loud argument from the room next door.
