Important information:

A valid photo ID and a credit or Visa debit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID and the card must match the guest's name on the booking information.
We will make a copy of the ID and place a $100 pre-authorization hold on the card for security purposes.
Guests who do not have the required bank card must provide a cash damage deposit of NZD 200, which will be refunded after a property inspection when checking out.

Cons:

TV reception was terrible. Only one channel ok and even that kept cutting out. Noisy with train line across the road.

Good for short stay accommodation.
Pros:

Great location. Literally next door to Spark Arena. Great carparking out the front. Spacious room. Comfy large bed. Nice toiletries. Spacious bathroom. Ample tea, coffee etc sachets. The reception lady was pleasant & helpful.

Cons:

The walls could do with a good wipe & vacuum under the beds.

Pros:

Beautiful old building (ex Auckland Railway Station) converted to accommodation. Room was pleasant enough, decent size with small table and little kitchenette with microwave etc. Host was lovely and showed us personally to our room. Right next door to Spark Arena and 10 min walk to Britomart. Very handy with easy parking onsite.

Awesome historic site
Pros:

Clean and tidy , bathroom modern clean great water pressure and temperature, friendly staff, great sized room close location for the lower city.
Great use of beautiful old building only stayed the one night so was unable to check out the whole place lol forward to another staycation.

Cons:

For me the bed was bit lumpy but the other half said it was good.
Storage of trains means you will hear shunting at times,
