A valid photo ID and a credit or Visa debit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID and the card must match the guest's name on the booking information.

Guests who do not have the required bank card must provide a cash damage deposit of NZD 200, which will be refunded after a property inspection when checking out.

We were able to park directly outside the front door. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was exceptional (very good power).
The cover over the sofa had the air of mustiness.

My room was large and tidy, but not cleaned well (carpet was dirty, i had to wear socks on feet), no sound proofing, bed uncomfortable (I had to sleep on a angle), TV had no signal, shower leaked. I didn't feel safe there and glad it was only for 1 night.

The staff were lovely and attentive, the room itself was clean and tidy. Great location for our needs and easy to navigate.
The hallways had a varying rotation of strong unpleasant smells depending on what time of day you were walking through and you could hear everything in the hallways from your room.

Al llegar habíamos avisado de que ibamos a llegar bastante tarde, y nos dijeron que estarían pendientes pero el recepcionista tardó muchísimo en llegar después de que les llamásemos con el teléfono de otro cliente porque no teníamos una sim de nueva zelanda todavía al haber llegado tarde.

Love how it kept some of the history sentimental things of the property, since it use to be a railway station and how close it is to the Spark Arena - the room was cosy loved the bed was comfortable and modern bathroom and how I could sync my apps eg: Netflix YouTube and Spotify to the tv - I was never bored - loved how it had a mini fridge freezer - I would definitely book here again
Didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows due to my height but did get one of the cleaning staff to open my bedroom one I couldn’t open the bathroom one it felt stuck when trying to pull the string I was not shown how to open it when I arrived when I was shown to my room - cleaning staff may need to brush up on English - I’m not trying to be nasty she was lovely the female cleaning staff but she barely knew any English as I tried to ask her so had to use use one English word at a time to make her understand what I was wanting
