No smoke alarm, evidence of one previous, not very clean, badly needed a interior paint.

Large and close to spark arena
Literally right next to Spark Arena 😊 and our room was very spacious and tidy. The lady (I think Ivy) was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Our room was next to the railway and you can here it at night and so sleeping was a struggle. One night, There was a kid too running back and forth at 10:30pm and it echoes in the hallway and building.
It was the perfect location to spark arena and I had parking right outside the door, the lady on reception was super nice. My room was very clean and it had tea/coffee and good basic amenities.
Don't go in expecting it to be like a nice hotel and you won't be disappointed.
Great service and comfort as always, even when the Indian prime minister was holding a massive gathering at Spark Arena next door! Thanks manager Ivy for giving up her parking space for me. Much appreciated.
