I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star Hotel, and I can confidently say that the entire experience was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our departure, everything was handled to the absolute highest standard.
What truly elevated our stay, however, was the incredible team. I want to give a special shout-out to Akhtam and Mark for their exceptional hospitality. Their attention to detail, genuine kindness, and dedication to ensuring every guest felt welcomed and taken care of were remarkable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our time there feel truly special.
The level of service at the Star Hotel is simply world-class. I have stayed at many luxury properties around the globe, and I can honestly say that the service here rivals that of the Ritz-Carlton. It is clear that the staff is trained to anticipate your every need before you even realize you have one.

В первую очередь хочу отметить персонал, очень дружелюбно, от встретили до проводов. Особенная благодарность администрации ресепшн Егоре, очень приятная и любезная девушка.

Cons:

Как отель на все 100% без вопросов. Завтрак тоже вполне, все таки отель в первую это отел а не общепит, особенно в Ташкенте где кругом первокласная кухня и заведения. Тоже про клуб, про аквапарк тд тп

I really loved my stay here and would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

I liked this hotel very much. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, and there is also some nightlife nearby, which made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms have a Soviet-style design, but they are clean and comfortable.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Meхrin was very kind and always helped guests with anything needed. Aktam was amazing—he felt like a brother during my stay. Mark is a legend and a great motivator; he supported me a lot.

Overall, this hotel is very good. I really loved my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Персонал.

Cons:

Мебель старая, вынные комнаты не оборудованны душевыми кабинами, просто шторка, всё течёт, потом на следующий день только убираются, завтрак средний, ночью проснулся во дворе кто-то распирает спиртное, шум во дворе.
