Pros:

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean and the bedding was comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Staff mistyped my name on receipt and support to re-issue was really terrible experience(they don't have email address to contact with). This could not happen in my past several years travelling both private and business even when I stayed much cheaper hotels. Make sure to re-check every items on doccuments issued by this hotel to avoid unpleasant conversation with them.

快適でした！
Pros:

フロントのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。私の言語コミュニケーションが壊滅的でしたが、寄り添ってくださり滞りなくチェックできました。部屋とツールは清潔で嫌なにおいがなく、ベッドは適度な反発で枕も高過ぎず、静寂が保たれ、快適な睡眠ができました。UNIXのドライヤーは速乾、ツヤ髪に仕上げてくれて感動。

Cons:

水回りのお掃除に丁寧さが欠けていました。水回りのカビは仕方がないかもしれませんが、便器奥の黒ずみなど落ちにくい汚れはもう少し頑張るときれいになると思いました。

Pros:

Les femmes de ménage étaient hyper attentive à nos besoins, par exemple elles ont rapidement compris qu'on aimait l'eau à température ambiante et ont rapidement arrêté de les mettre au frigo.
Tous le personnel était accessible et bienveillant.
La chambre, le lit était d'un confort exceptionnel, je veux le même oreiller chez moi.
Le petit déjeuner était bon, on avait tous les jours un choix étendu pour bien commencer nos journées!

Terrible.
Cons:

The temperature was apparently controlled by the hotel. Our room was permanently set to 27 degrees. Could not change it. It was awful.

Overall, the hotel was dated and definitely shouldn’t be rated as a 4* hotel. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

Very poor Check-in experience.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude and the overall check-in experience was unacceptable. We had received an email confirmation for early check-in before arriving, but once we reached the hotel, they suddenly said it was “subject to availability” and refused to honor it.

What made it worse was that we were made to wait nearly 9 hours before finally getting a room. During that time, within the first 30 minutes itself, I could clearly see multiple guests checking out, so rooms were obviously becoming available. Despite this, the staff showed no willingness to help or accommodate us.

Very poor communication, zero empathy, and highly unprofessional handling of guests. Definitely not the level of hospitality one expects.
