Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Séoul, même lors d’un court séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant, aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Je recommande cet établissement pour son excellent rapport entre confort, emplacement et qualité de l’accueil.

Cons:

Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais un peu trop petite à mon goût. l’hôtel est assez éloigné des principaux sites touristiques de Séoul, ce qui nécessite de prévoir du temps pour les déplacements. Malgré cela, le séjour a été agréable.

Airconditioning was too warm. It's a central aircon which the staff could not do anything about... bad.
This is my second stay and the problem was still the same. Checked out after 1 night of the intended 3. I will not book this hotel again.

Great experience!
Pros:

A very convenient location, close to the bus stop and several good restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The room was pleasant and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the spacious desk made it easy to work.

A decent option for a quick Gangman stay!
Pros:

Very modern hotel in a great location in Gangnam! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was a nice size with a desk and couch which gave me more seating options which is a plus! The bed was super soft and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was nice there were a few issues:

1. The walls are extremely thin. My first night was pretty rough due to the people upstairs moving furniture at all hours of the morning. You can hear EVERYTHING which was surprising for the amenities and price.

2. I was asked to choose between a room with a shower or tub and I chose a room with a tub. Well due to mold, I had to go to the nearest CU to purchase bleach and shower cleaner. Again, completely unsatisfactory for the price.

3. The TV did not offer English options or smart TV options to connect to other devices so I just used my phone all weekend.
