Extremely disappointed, this is the first time I’ve given such a bad review to any Hotel and I use Booking.com a lot

Cons:

This property was advertised as five star I wouldn’t give it a three star it was filthy staff most unhelpful which there was one of our reception really felt wet down on this. We use Booking.com for all our accommodation. needs and normally Do Not not have problem.
We cancelled to stay on arrival. I’ve not heard anything from this Hotel. We have wrote to them on a couple of occasions and they have not responded. Avoid at all costs.
