Neat hotel with friendly staff in great location
Pros:

The hotel has a good location, very close to Louise, it is in a quiet street without much traffic. The room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Blackout curtains work very well.

Cons:

The room is relatively basic. For the price I paid I would have expected a higher standard and attention to detail (e.g.real milk instead of creamer for the coffee, a kettle, some more bathroom amenities). The room doesn't have have a phone to connect to the reception. It is a
neat hotel overall, but my impression is that it is overpriced.
