Agréable si vous n’aimez pas la foule , choisir block b chambre plus confortable.

La piscine et le jardin

Cons:

Le revêtement de l’espace buffet est dangereux. Devrait impérativement être changé. Le bâtiment a besoin de rénovation évidente ( ex sous le toit des morceaux pendent)

While I left my room briefly to get a snack at the hotel, money was stolen directly from my wallet inside the room. Food that I had personally purchased was also taken.

I immediately informed the hotel staff, but they told me after verifying the camera that they could not see the room and claimed that only we had accessed the room after checking the access door and left us without any answer and without doing anything neither apologize. I find this response insufficient and concerning.

SOMEONE STEALS CLIENTS MONEY/PROPERTY AND THEY COVER IT.

After that I saw in the comments that the same thing happened to someone else in April, this is not the first time nor the last, BE CAREFUL!

A room should be a safe place while traveling but it is not here, if you plan to stay keep your money on you or the car, it is safer than in this hotel.

The cleaning staff see you leaving the rooms in the morning. They know when the room is empty and accessible, and they go inside even when the “Do Not Clean” sign is on the door.

Having my money stolen, including even the small coins, along with my travel snacks is unbelievable! Shame on you.

NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.

Establecimiento no apto para el descanso.

Calidad - precio de la habitación con desayuno incluido.
Recepción amables.

Cons:

A primera hora de la mañana chillidos y gritos pegados a mí ventana por el personal de limpieza despertándome. Luego tienes que irte a las 11;30h.
La cena y desayuno no está mal pero poca variedad. No hay tele en dormitorio si no el salón y mal situada con respecto al sofá.
Se escucha demasiado al resto de huéspedes. Para descansar no es válido este establecimiento.

Chambre en mode mini appartement ! Calme, bonne literie et propre. Nous avions pris le petit dej inclus. Nous avons également mangé pour le dîner. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay with friendly staff, good facilities, and a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Route Active Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable with a nice amount of space, and the location was great for exploring the area around Los Realejos and northern Tenerife.

Cons:

The stay was overall very good, although a few small improvements could make the experience even better. At times the WiFi connection could be a bit stronger, and more parking spaces nearby would be helpful during busy periods.
