Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours

Pros:

I liked everything in this property shower was great location was good staff was good breakfast was good room space was great everything was perfect i enjoyed alot 1 night stay highly recommended

Pros:

Wir hatten 4 Zimmer, Zimmer Service war Furchtbar. Ich war mit ein Baby unterwegs und Bräuchte extra Saubere Sachen aber Niemand war dafür zuständig.

Cons:

Das Personal war Furchtbar. Super unfreundlich! Würde ich nicht weiter EMPFEHLEN. Vor allem mit Baby.

Duże pokoje, życzliwy personel,dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Monotonne, bardzo skromne śniadania. Przy 4 noclegach dało się to nam we znaki.

Overall happy with stay m, we would always stay again

The location is great for walking around izmir Konak area
The room was overall clean and tidy and comfortable
Stayed here 3 times now as location is perfect and staff are friendly room always clean and always a hot shower

Our
Room had a. Large stain on the Ceiling with a crack which wasn’t very nice’ looked to be from a leak.
We only had two pillows and no others in the room . Only a light sheet. June stay so not too bad.

Cons:

Reception staff very rude, one time i left my passport in my room then i was going to the hotel after i finished shopping.
The reception very rudely say which room with angry and he catch my hand and threaten with police .
Then i spoke to the owner who recognize me and said sorry but the reception kept laughing.
Then as i had surgery in past days i insisted to call the police who assisted me very kindly.
Then with police i took the passport from my in-front of them as the staff i think he mentioned i am not living here .
Then the issue solved with police.
No cameras in lift area when the staff catch me.
Even when police solved the issue they say sorry and they were very kind but the reception didn’t apologize at all.
Btw the neighborhood is dangerously in night.
