Cons:

Reception staff very rude, one time i left my passport in my room then i was going to the hotel after i finished shopping.
The reception very rudely say which room with angry and he catch my hand and threaten with police .
Then i spoke to the owner who recognize me and said sorry but the reception kept laughing.
Then as i had surgery in past days i insisted to call the police who assisted me very kindly.
Then with police i took the passport from my in-front of them as the staff i think he mentioned i am not living here .
Then the issue solved with police.
No cameras in lift area when the staff catch me.
Even when police solved the issue they say sorry and they were very kind but the reception didn’t apologize at all.
Btw the neighborhood is dangerously in night.

Çok güzel hoteldi. Konaklama çok iyi geçti. Konaklama zamanı resepsiyonda olan Mesut abimiz bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Çok sevdik.

Très bon séjour, l’un des meilleurs en qualité/prix de notre séjour de 10 jours en Turquie
Pros:

-Chambre spacieuse. Hôtel qui n’est pas récent, mais très bien entretenu et propre.
-Très bon accueil, et à l’écoute pour notre bien
-Proche du centre et des rues commerçantes, il est néanmoins suffisamment retiré du boulevard pour y passer une nuit au calme.

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner, avec possibilité de café. Une plus grande quantité de café aurait été parfaite.

Building work taking place next door through the night. Immediate area left a bit to be desired, but only a 10 minute walk to the KulturePark and 20 mins to the main Kemeralti bazaar

J’ai séjourné dans cette hôtel pour me reposer après une intervention chirurgicale afin de vivre au mieux ma convalescence mais c’était raté un énorme chantier etait à côté de l’hôtel les pelleteuse les camions entendre des bip bip les marteaux piqueur jusqu’à 22h30 le soir c’était invivable côté petit déjeuner c’est très très limite toujours la même chose

The rooms were big, the staff was friendly and helpful , the location is soso , you can take the bus to go anywhere, but you can't walk, the street is a bit scary during night. But where the hotel is is safe

Комфортно ,чисто , расположение отеля не далеко от городских видов транспорта.
Pros:

С самого момента нашего прибытия персонал был приветливым, профессиональным и внимательным. Номер был безупречным, просторный ,комфортным и хорошо оборудованным всем необходимым для спокойного отдыха. Удобства поддерживались в хорошем состоянии, а атмосфера в отеле была гостеприимной .

Cons:

Утром рано с 4 часов распевались петухи, все не могли понять откуда они там взялись. А самое ужасное с 6 утра по соседству начиналась стройка .

Рекомендую отель. И если решат проблему с сигаретным дымом из вытяжек, будет вообще отлично.
Pros:

Персонал и их участие. Огромная благодарность Mesut, который работал на ресепшене. Помогал во всем. И прекрасная женщина в клининге, имени не узнала.
Завтраки отличные.
Кровать, постельное белье, ванная комната.

Cons:

Постоянный запах сигаретного дыма из вытяжек.
Шум от стройки рядом.
