Cuando llegue no habia.parqueo y me mandaron a otro lugar que no encontraba casi me multan por ponerme frente al hotel a bajar las maletas deberian de tener un servicio de Valet Parking cuando esto pase o enviar la location del parqueo
Comodidad de la cama. Cercanía al parque central. Bonitas instalaciones. Buena atención por parte del personal.

The hotel is at a really good location. It’s near parque central so it’s a short distance to restaurants, stores, and lots of banks nearby if you need to withdraw money. It’s also a short walk to el Arco de Santa Catalina and la Iglesia de la Merced. The rooms are a good size with lots of storage space to put your clothes and other items.
They have free breakfast, but you have to pay if you want eggs or pancakes. However, the prices aren’t bad about 30-45 quetzales.

The hotel is well maintained, very clean and cosy. Comfortable beds and room. Everything you need is provided including breakfast. well located in the centre but still quiet. Beautiful courtyard. Great price for what you get.
No volcano views and cannot look out the window as it is glazed and road is right outside. Good soundproofing though Some of the staff was very hard to communicate with, others were fine. Breakfast staff was alittle intense.
