Staff were friendly, location and value for money. Pool area on a nice day is a good place to unwind. We went for a walk by the Pier that night and found a great restaurant. If you want something that is not too expensive this hotel delivers.
I was raining heavily when we left and no undercover area to park car and pack suitcases. Also parking which was included in our rate which was fantastic but it was a fair walk back and forth to get to.
Location near tram is excellent. Night time check in experience and staff member was absolutely lovely.

Second time I’ve stayed there first time the room stunk, ask receptionist to do a clean or move us they just sprayed it you could smell it after the showers. The smell is coming up through the pipes.
Second time room aircon didn’t work had to ring them to say move us or fix it at 1am. Then I get down to reception they ask me to pay for parking. I said to them it’s not good enough that I’ve paid 450 and no discount for interruption.
Love the views, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is excellent.

Once there was an issue with coffee machine, we had to wait once it’s fixed
Location was good
Have the staff at the front desk not know how to actually make a booking. So we made the booking online then she said she would sort the rest out. She assured we would hav great view of harbour and Ferris wheel but that’s not was we got. But she did rectify this and we changed rooms where technically yes we could see both but not well. We were also told parking was included but was 200m away. Very inconvenient on a weekend where it was raining. Then when we went to checkout we were told parking wasn’t included but they did honour what we were told and gave us the free parking.
I love staying at Vibe! It's a great place with so many great attractions around it :)
great location, comfortable stay
the grout and silicone in the bathroom were disgusting and not cleaned, hair left in the bathroom sink, tiles missing from the pool spa, tvs don’t work on the treadmills, staff having conversations in front of lines of guests waiting to be attended too on more than one occasion
