Location is convenient
No basic facility available like bathrobe or water bottle or basic cutlery for making tea or coffee.
AC did not work .The room was really cold.

Docklands is amazing location, I have known this place since 20 years. Bar staff at night on 04/07 was amazing.
First night weird noise was coming from most likely from aircon. We informed staff and she said maintenance blokes are off so can’t do anything and suggested to somehow sleep in the room for one night. I explained I only live 30 mins away and I would rather go home. They said it’s fully booked and I didn’t see a single person or sign anyone was close to my room. Staff said she gave me an upgrade already, I said first of all I paid 300 which is more than their most expensive room and still willing to move to lower room if it has no issues. I showed them video and they inspected my room and agreed it’s too noisy. They found similar room for us was not noisy but had not been cleaned. They said they will clean it first thing in the morning but no one bothered to clean or ask how we’re going. We just had to somehow spent another night and we left next morning. Breakfast was included as buffet but on weekdays only selected and one serve was offered and no option for vegetarians. Sat there was buffet but most of the items were already finished at 9 and nothing for vegetarians except fried veg dumped. Dirty rooms and shopping. Staff didn’t acknowledged us leaving and didnt even bother asking how was I stay. For people of India ethnicity they have before average room always allocated which is on the left of the building. Spoke to other friends and they were all given the most unclean rooms.

Location is great.
The spa wasn’t hot, the steam room is falling apart,
Only 1 pillow supplied per person, had to ask for extras. No valance / cover on the bed base. Mould in the bathroom. Drinking glasses were dirty. Buffet breakfast was not keeping up with demand.
No parking close by. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and had to park 4 levels up at a shopping centre 500m away and walk with all our luggage.
No kettle in our room, we had to ask for one to be bought up.
TV was not working. We were asked to turn on and off and try again. Eventually we were moved to another room, very inconvenient.
We came to our room from dinner to no power and had to shower in the dark. We let staff know in the morning as we were exhausted so just went to sleep.
Staff said they’d check it out for us. After returning from sightseeing after lunch, we were told we must have accidentally switched off the main power switch but they said the staff member we advised in the morning was only new and did not know about the switch.

Bathroom door didn't lock, one of the glasses in the room was already dirty, no spare pillows readily available in room,
There was a small mess up with room and the Manager was so accommodating, went above and beyond will be staying again and recommend to many friends.

This hotel is very close to Docklands Stadium so great for attending football there. Staff are friendly & efficient. We got our parking validated & breakfast included so it was great value.
