We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, hygienic and well maintained, with good facilities and comfortable rooms. A special compliment goes to the restaurant staff, who were extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. They were always willing to accommodate our requests and really made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The reception staff could definitely improve their level of hospitality and customer service. We found them rather unfriendly, not very helpful and not particularly willing to think along with guests. They seemed very focused on strictly following rules and procedures, with little room for flexibility or finding solutions. The reception team could certainly learn from the friendly, flexible and service-oriented approach of the restaurant staff.

Great and Fabulous stay
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good and meals were definitely tasty and of good quality. Location of the property is excellent. There is a game room for kids so definitely works for family. They have a tiny shop and it has some good stuff in comparison to the shop I checked outside. Staff are very warm, welcoming and very helpful.

The breakfast had limited options but the live conters were a good addition and kept the consumer satisfied.

Cons:

One of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. Barely any pressure despite repeated instructions. The pricepoint just didn't match the service for the property overall either.
