お得！
Pros:

アメニティーグッツが多くてよかった！
後チェックイン前に着いてしまったがおでかけしたい
けど荷物持つのはって思っていたら
預けられたのでよかった！！朝食もうまかったし
ひつまぶしとかうなぎの日がちかかったので、そうゆう季節の物もあってよかった！シャワーも凄いです！最高でした！

Cons:

息子肌が弱いのですが、
ダニにやられてしまったので布団がちょっと
心配です清潔感はありますが目に見えないので
なんともですがそれくらいです！ほかはよかったです

Pros:

Чисто, безлимит на всякие приколюхи типа соли для ванной. Комфортный матрас, комфортная полушка (есть их выбор). Есть кондей.

Cons:

Завтрак скорее всего вам не понравится, если вы не японец. Так что не берите. Места в номере мало, но в целом открытый чемодан (один) вместился в прихожей. Ванна тоже маленькая, но как и место в отеле, тут так везде. О, раздражали индикаторы световые, которые никак не выключить.. Мне ночью мешало.

Pros:

便利な場所にあり、移動がスムーズにできた。

Cons:

オンライン予約をしてしまったので領収書の発行ができないといわれました。
このご時世、パソコンの不得手な人間はキャッシュ決済に限ると思いました。

気持ちの良い日々を過ごせました。ありがとう。
Pros:

スタッフがとても良く、細かく対応してくれて快適。
風呂とトイレ別は嬉しいです。
キチンと浸かって身体洗うを別々にできるのはありがたい。
喫煙もできるのが必須だし。
1日延長もHPから楽でした。
また機会があれば利用したい。

Cons:

電子レンジが部屋にあればなぁ。
長期滞在ではちと面倒でした。

Alles in allem prima!
Pros:

Zimmer sauber, klein aber fein. Bett war bequem, Hotel war ruhig.

Cons:

Es war etwas umständlich, da das Personal kein Englisch spricht. Das Einchecken hat gefühlt ewig gedauert. Wir mussten 15 Minuten warten bis es weiterging. Eine Rechnung konnte nicht ausgestellt werden, weil wir über Booking gebucht haben und es hieß, dass Booking die Rechnung ausstellt. Dann musste unsere Karte nach der ersten Nacht neu konfiguriert werden für die zweite Nacht. Auch hier ging es erst nach 12 Uhr mittags. Unsere Karte bekamen wir aber nicht zurück. Diese bekamen wir dann erst abends nach unserer Rückkehr. Alles sehr umständlich.

Great access to Hanida airport
Pros:

Very good location when flying from Hanida airport. Lot's to look at withing walking distance and a few useful metro lines very close by. Not very touristy. Worked really well for us.

Cons:

Not a very personal hotel, minimum communication with staff but sufficient to make it work.

Would consider staying around Hamamatsucho station with other hotel brand

Best location, transportation convenience.

Cons:

Most of the staff are nice and welcome.
We feel unwelcome by few staff with bad communication and body language.
One of a glass has a lip mark on its edge.
