I have used the facility two times and will continue to stay here.
Pros:

The staff is excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. Location is excellent, adjacent to the train station. Within to shopping and food. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Be prepared for the communication barrier, if you don't speak Japanese. Google translate helps. Check in is now automated, which helps. Regardless, staff will go "out of their way" to accommodate.

Could have been much better.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Poor. I have been here before. This time there was no curry,same soup three days, no bread of any kind, hard broccoli, over all it was miserable. My pillow was like sleeping on a noisy bag of rice.

子連れに優しい東横イン！
Pros:

駅近で周りに飲食店が多く場所は良かったです。朝ごはんも激混みでは無かったから助かりました。スタッフさんの対応は気持ち良く、さすが東横インだなと思いました！

Cons:

ごめんなさい…枕が硬くて首が痛かったです(T_T)
口コミ通り駐車場が埋まっていて残念でしたが近くに沢山パーキングがあるので問題ないかと…
