Pros:

駅から近い。東京まで電車で３０分と近い。すぐ電車も来るので便利。

Cons:

仕事がらお茶５００ＭＬのペットボトルを凍らせてもらえませんか？お願いしたけどダメでした。色々あるんだろうけど部屋の冷蔵庫は強冷がなく全然冷えないのでそのサービスがあると嬉しいと思った。部屋で冷えるのならそれが一番いいんだけど。
朝食時配膳スタッフさんがお客を見てなさ過ぎ。もうちょっと周りを見てお仕事して欲しい。
中国人のお客様が朝食を食べた後ビニール袋にパンを何個も入れて持って帰ってたのを３日間見て嫌な気分になってた。
ホテルのせいではないけど、毎朝嫌なものを見て気持ちが残念でした。

価格含め、全体的に見てまぁこんなもん？的な感覚です。
Pros:

ほぼほぼ清潔

Cons:

風呂＆トイレ、これまでの宿泊には無いアンモニア臭。これには閉口した。出来る限り呼吸を止めながらの入浴だった。チェックアウト時（11:50）、「近所のレストランで昼食を摂ってから出かけたいので、あと30～40分だけ車を置かせて頂けませんか？」と聞いたところ、「次のお客様がいつ入って来るのかわからないので、チェックアウト迄が駐車出来る時間です」と言われた。チェックインは15時～なのに・・・。
