Pros:

中心部に近いので、夜遅くまで近隣で楽しむことができた。

Cons:

繁華街の中心地に立地していて、夜中から明け方にかけて外の酔っぱらいの奇声が部屋まで聞こえてきた。
これは、覚悟すべし。
また、隣の部屋の方の咳やイビキが聞こえて、ちょっと壁が薄いと思った。
