Worse than other hotels at the same pricepoint
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

- Very slow staff upon check-in (took them 10 minutes just to find my reservation)
- Room window was into an inner ventillation shaft.
- Extremely subpar cleaning. The complementary water bottle in the fridge was half-drunk from the previous guest. Extreme hygiene oversight.

買了一桶清酒，包裝尺寸大約30cm立方，放在房間角落忘了帶走，退房超過24小時才想起來。這段時間飯店沒有利用電話，電郵，平台等方式通知。等到我請當地親友打電話過去問，才回答確實有遺落物品。如果沒問呢？是不是過段日子大家私分？

また利用したい
Pros:

部屋が清潔だったし、必要な物が揃ってた。ベッドの広さも快適。登山の前泊だったのでとてもリラックスできた。

Pros:

The location is wonderful. It's a 10-minute walk from the JR train station. The area is very quiet, near the castle ruins. It's really lovely. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is really very friendly.
