駅からも近くてまた利用したいホテルでした。
Pros:

ちょっとしたトラブルがあったが、すぐに対応してくれた。接客も良かった。
朝食は部屋で食べることもできるように容器が準備していて選べるのはいいなーと思った。

予約時に禁煙室の空きがなかったが当日に空きがあった為、変更して頂いた。ありがとうございました。

立体駐車場に車が入らず、別駐車場に案内され駐車場券を受付に出したが、出る時に700円割引効いていなかった残念

Great for business travel
Pros:

Breakfast is good but can get crowded. If you go later it's less crowded but they run out of some items.

Cons:

They will clean your room every 3rd day even if you don't want to and you need to leave your room for 4 hours.

終わり悪ければすべて悪し！
Pros:

バスセンターに近い、駅中の土産店が近い、ゆうちょ、ファミリーマートが近くて便利

Cons:

3日目の部屋が喫煙室で、満室で変更できないとのこと。Booking.comは選択の項目がないとの回答でニコチンとタールという有害物質の中で口の中はベロベロ、目はチカチカ、喘息があるのでマスクと呼吸器で一晩過ごしました。家に帰ってからも荷物がタバコ臭くて大変でした。しかし、最初の二日間でその事は分かっていたはずなのに、当日まで何も連絡無しで、ホテル変えるとキャンセル料金発生とのことでした。前日、長崎のホテルで快適に過ごせただけに、最後の夜は残念な思い出になりました。フロントも事務的、データにも目を通さずでしょうか？今どきのホテルですかね？

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, just beside the station. The rooms were great. I am vegetarian, so I can't comment too much about breakfast. But my friends liked it.

Pros:

周りに飲食店があり五番街も徒歩圏内で立地は最高でした

Cons:

朝食混雑時は他の宿泊者さんとぶつかりそうになった。
一列に並んでおかずを取れる配置にしてほしいです
