The hotel was clean and the location was very convenient, close to the station and easy to access.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. However, the biggest issue was the attitude of the reception staff. We stayed at this hotel twice during our Tokyo trip because we had made the reservation in advance — once at the beginning of our trip and once again after returning from Kyoto. On our second stay, we arrived at the hotel around 3 AM after returning from Kyoto, and we had already informed the hotel in advance about our late arrival. Despite this, the receptionist mainly focused on reminding us that check-out was at 10 AM. The next morning, at 10:10 AM, the staff called our room and told us in a rude, almost shouting tone that we had to leave immediately. During my trip to Japan, I stayed in four different hotels, and unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience I had.
