Notre plus mauvaise expérience du Japon
Cons:

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants, en précisant bien l'âge des enfants (14,12 et 9 ans). A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la (très) mauvaise surprise de nous voir attribuer 1 chambre avec un lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits simples. Lorsque nous avons indiqué que nos enfants ne pouvaient pas dormir à 2 dans un lit simple, il nous a été répondu que cela était pourtant tout à fait possible et qu'il fallait se retourner contre Booking, la seule solution étant pour eux de nous allouer une 3ème chambre (à nos frais bien sûr). La directrice a été particulièrement désagréable: froide et menaçant même d'appeler la police si nous continuions à discuter.
Notre plus mauvaise expérience du Japon.

素晴らしいホテルの改善策と可能性に懸ける！
Pros:

朝食を作るスタッフが一生懸命になって時間ギリギリまで誠心誠意心を込めて、この物価高の中、そして異常気象による食材高騰の中、予算と食材に限りがある中、限界まで頑張って奉仕する姿勢、畑は違えど社会人として感動しました。ビュッフェ開店時の朝の挨拶、感動して涙が出ました。

Cons:

製氷機の数を増やさないと、季節柄氷が直ぐなくなります。リームメイクには限られた時間が制限されるが、10:00の全員のチェックアウトまでは、早く清掃にかかった部屋のゴミを廊下に出さないで頂きたい。
何故ならば、遅い時間のチェックアウトの場合、廊下のゴミ通路を横切りながらホテルフロントに向かう、最後の送迎がゴミ？

とても良かった
