Great location, the best staff and remember that the breakfast was free.
Pros:

The staff wer so helpful, my japanese isn't great but they did their best to accomodate me and help me with parking my car. The room was a good size thatvfit me and my things and it was close to what i wanted to see in Aomori. The breakfast left a bit to be deaored, HOWEVER it was free. And i like free.

Cons:

The bed has a single pillow and felt lile I was on a wooden plank rather than a bed.

Pros:

The location is excellent, just next to JR Aomori Station, Bus terminal, Shin-Machi Dori, WA・RASSE Museum and A-FACTORY. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Department store is also in walking distance

Cons:

One of the front desk staff was a bit rude.

Oirase Wanderung
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof. Bequem, ruhig (bis auf einen nicht abschaltbaren Ventilator). Reichhaltiges Frühstück. 2 min zum Bus nach Oirase.
