Good
Pros:

Price for the room was great. I got a twin and a single room for family of 5. The rooms weren’t too squeezy. I can see having too many suitcases can get tight. Breakfast was sufficient. Walking distance to Ikebukuro station. I wouldn’t walk around too late with kids because it’s surrounded by host and hostesses clubs.

Cons:

It was good. I would consider staying here again.

焼売が熱々で美味しい
食べ応えがあった

駅からの出口を間違えなければ、少し歩くが比較的わかりやすい立地
駅から出るとき階段しかなくて、重い荷物を持って昇るとき少し大変…ホテルの責任ではないけど

楽しく旅行を楽しむことが出来、宿泊地として選んで良かったです。
Pros:

朝食が、色々な種類があり良かったです。
パンが好きなので出ていた３種類全部食べました。美味しかったです。

Cons:

客室のカランの勢いが、抑えめと激しめの中間くらいになったらありがたいです。
