Pros:

The receptionist didn’t speak English well and kept wanting to speak Japanese just because I had a Jspanese passport. I was struggling to check in but he didn’t come out to the counter to help right away. I was exhausted from traveling and it was a painful check in experience.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room. The hotel response was that they couldn’t get me a quiet room. They didn’t say that it was right next to the lift and very noisy all night. I would have cancelled my reservation if I knew it was next to the lift.

Convenient and close to haneda airport
Pros:

It’s very close to haneda airport and it has an free airport shuttle, so it’s perfect for people that have an early flight or want to rest immediately after arriving in Japan.

The buffet breakfast was great too. There are many choices.

It’s a walking distance to the subway and close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.

Cons:

There’s no pillow and towel for my toddler, but it’s already stated on their description, so I don’t mind it.

Super amables y me ayudaron hacer el check in, el cuarto era un tamaño bastante bueno, el desayuno tenia varias opciones y muy completo así como también el shuttle fue muy puntual y gratis.

狭い部屋でも工夫でクリア
Pros:

朝食が期待以上に良かったです😊
おにぎりが大変美味しかったです!

Cons:

部屋が狭かった。
けど、ベッドの下にスーツケースが置けたので歩けるスペースができた。
慣れたら大丈夫。いろいろ工夫されているなぁ〜と感心した。
