朝食も満足でしたが東横ｲﾝのスタッフの方の対応がとても感じよかったです

大変満足
Pros:

とてもきれいで朝食も美味しかったです。
また長崎お邪魔する機会あったらこちらに宿泊させていただきたいです

私が気づかなかっただけかもしれませんが、お部屋にホテル近辺のおすすめグルメや観光のパンフとかあると嬉しいなぁーと思いました(*^_^*)

Pros:

8/15の精霊流しを窓から観られる部屋だったこと、朝食を無料で頂けたこと。チェックイン前に無料で荷物を預けられたこと。対面を避けた痒い所に手が届く感じのサービスだった。

また泊まりたい
Pros:

朝食がよかった。スーツケースもチェックイン前、チェックアウト後も置けたし、洗濯機の故障の対応も早い。家族連れも多く、清潔。

Cons:

朝食にヨーグルト類、ジュースやお茶も2種類くらい欲しい。　価格に入っていなくても子どもも人数に入っていたり歯ブラシだけ欲しかった
