Pros:

ホテルから電話がかかってきて、部屋にスマホの充電器を忘れた旨の連絡がありました。
女性のスタッフさんにとても丁寧に対応していただきました。

Cons:

スマホの充電器を翌日フロントに取りに行ったら、男性のフロントの方に舌打ちされて、いかにも面倒そうに充電器を渡されました。
