オリックス劇場へのアクセスがよかった

ユニットバス、トイレが狭く使いづらかった
冷蔵庫にペットボトルの水の１本も入っていなかった
ガウンがワンサイズしかなく、小さくてボタンがすぐはずれ寝にくかった

目的地まで近かったし、交通の便も申し分なかったです。またお願いしたいと思います。

スタッフの方の対応も設備も良かったです。　ホテルの方には関係ないのですご、お隣の方が夜中に酔っ払って帰って来て少しうるさかったです

Cons:

街中なので、ロケーションは・・・仕方ないですね。

ゆったりできた
Pros:

ベッドが大きくて広々と寝れました。お部屋の広さもちょうど良かったです。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋のドライヤーの音や上の階の人がバタバタする音が大きくて驚きました笑
その他は全て良かったです！また利用させて頂きます。

CS合格！
Pros:

毎年、甲子園（高校野球）開催の時期に利用させているものです。
このホテルは、兎に角スタッフの対応が素晴らしく気持ちが良い！！
特にフロットスタッフにおいては毎回スタッフが違っても満点の対応力に頭が下がります。
昨晩は、夕食にリーズナブルで美味しいお寿司屋さんと言うチョットわがままな問いにも気持ち良く男性スタッフがチョイスして紹介して頂きました。
そんな時でも、隣にいた女性スタッフは全力でSNSを使い何とかニーズに応えようと人間力を駆使した対応には心を動かされました。
先日のホテルでは、「最近はスマホと言う便利なものが有りますからそちらで調べた方が良い店が見つかるのでは！？」と言われ丁寧に対応したつもりなのでしょうがちょっと違和感を感じました。
CS満点また来年も利用させて頂きます。
