東横にして良かったです。
Pros:

清潔で、部屋も広くて朝食やドリンクサービスなど素晴らしいかったです。
フロントが1人で行列が出来ていて
大変そうでした

Cons:

部屋のスリッパが使い回しに抵抗があります
水の蛇口使用が古いスタイルです。
この２点が改善されれば申し分ない
素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

Unpretentious hotel in a good location
Pros:

Self check in on the machine— it’s easy and the reception staff are there to guide you if help needed.
I haven’t tried breakfast but saw there was quite a lot of choice — served 6.30-9am.
Coffee machine and water dispenser available 24/7.
Kettle and small fridge in the room. Toothbrushes provided.
Room clean and I could open the window.
Location very convenient. Reception staff professional and pleasant.
I would stay again

よかったこともちょっと残念だったことも

お部屋の印象はよかったです

Cons:

チェックインの時 ４人くらい並んでいて、スタッフがお一人で時間がかかっていました。
機械でのチェックインがうまくできず、順番を待ってからの対応はとても丁寧でした

エレベーターが１基で、朝食に降りる時、時間がかかり、途中階で数人乗れませんでした。移動階数が少ない方は、階段も利用できればいいと思いました。

朝食で私がパンを取ったら、その後長時間パンがありませんでした。補充も大変とは思いますがちょっと残念でした。

駅まで徒歩圏、清潔なホテル
Pros:

清潔で綺麗、タオルも真っ白で良かった
京都駅からも歩けるが、地下鉄で五条駅で降りて四条駅に向かって歩く。
繁華街ヘも10分ほど歩いていける、混雑していない通りに面している。
左隣にコンビニ有り。
朝食は6:30が一番混む、座席がない場合は部屋に持ち帰りできる。

Cons:

朝食時の座席がない時間もあり、エレベーターも1基のみなので、並ぶ事もある。
少し時間をずらしたほうが良い。
窓は開けられなかった。
