快適でした。
Pros:

東横インは朝食が混雑するイメージがあったがスタッフのヘルプと場所の使い方が上手く快適であった。
また食事場所を問い合わせた時に丁寧に分かりやすい例をあげて説明していただけたので非常に助かりました。

Cons:

チェックアウト時のエレベーターが混雑していたのでなかなか下に降りる事が出来なかった。

繁華街は少し外れているものの、周りに深夜まで空いている食事処が沢山あって良かったです。
Pros:

急遽宿泊人数を増やしたのですが快く引き受けてくださいました。喫煙ルームでしたがニオイは気になりませんでした。

Cons:

バスルームの浴槽や壁に髪の毛が落ちていたり、入浴時の蒸気で鏡の拭き取りあとが浮かび上がった際に車のワイパーみたいな弧を描くかたちで鏡の全面は拭き取ったあとがなかったのが気になりました。
あと床に化粧品の封印シールの剥がしたものみたいなのが落ちていました。

それ以外はとっても清潔で良かったです！浴室やシャワーカーテンもカビ臭くなく、目視でカビや湯垢は見つからなかったです。
また利用したいです！
