駅近で建物が綺麗。

スタッフ不足なのかチェックイン前に電話しても繋がらない。
爪切りの貸し出しを希望したら置いてないと言われた。
連休中なのだから、朝食時のご飯も多めに炊いて欲しい。
８時半ころにはご飯がなくなったので、パンでもいいですかと聞いているのを耳にした。

初めチェックインする時のカウンターの女性の方は挨拶など良かったです。静かな部屋で良く休めました。

何か持ってあがるのですか？と訪ねても返答、説明なくで挨拶もなくでした。部屋はいるとポットがあってもお茶も何もなくでした。シャワーは水になったり、急に暑くなったり調整してもダメでした。朝の朝食が玄関近くで外からの出入りされる場所で食堂か？！と思いました。バイキングでもサラダなど全然なくなってる皿に、なくなってたり、飲み物もからになってたり、席がないでか待ってる方が食べてるとこを席があくまで、目の前に立っておられ、バタバタされ落ち着いての朝食今イチでした。

Pros:

Location is excellent, especially being right next to Kintetsu-Nara Station. Many restaurants nearby. And a short walk to the temples of Nara Park.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more choices on the buffet line. I'll note the kitchen staff worked hard and were very friendly and helpful.

朝食は美味しい。駅近い。バス停が目の前で、満足。商店街も近くて、買物が便利。
