Poco professionali. Buona posizione
Pros:

Posizione eccellente. Proprio di fianco la stazione.

Cons:

Staff rigido e poco accogliente. Incapaci di soddisfare le mie richieste (che erano molto semplici, e sempre state accolte da altri hotel).
Nonostante la prenotazione fosse per due persone (1 adulto +1 bambino) ho dovuto pagare 150 yen epr un cuscino extra e un asciugamano extra. Un hotel professionale non fa pagare un cliente una somma cosí ridicola ma offre il servizio gratuitamente

今年は朝食満足(●´ω｀●)
Pros:

毎年泊まってますが、今年は朝食が良くなってたと思います😊

Cons:

毎年泊まってるのでわかってるのですがw
パジャマご入用でしたらコチラからお持ちくださいとか、ハブラシセットは部屋にありますとか一声あってもいいのかな？それともホテル共通で当たり前の事なのかな？とか思いました。

朝食最高に美味かった。
Pros:

初めての宿泊でした。
スタッフの対応も素晴らしく感じましたし、なんと言っても、朝食サービスが付いていました。
手作りのおにぎり🍙手作りのサンドイッチ🥪をとても美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

駐車場の制限で入庫ができなく、案内された近傍の駐車場に入庫しました。
入庫12時間は、安かったのですが、数時間に出庫したら倍の料金に驚きです。
提携駐車場があれば、完璧に近いと思います。
