駅に近い。熱海のホテルとしては、リーズナブルで有り難い。朝食付き。

去年も利用したが、チェックインは自分で操作するシステムに変更されていた。それ自体は、良いと思うが、初めてだったので、戸惑って操作している中、スタッフの方が説明はしてくれたが、とても冷たい印象を受け、操作しながら、どうしようと焦った。困っている時に寄り添って親身になってくれているかどうかは、言葉の抑揚や雰囲気で伝わるものだと思う。その後、チェックイン前だったので、荷物を預けた。預けたい荷物がまだあった事に気づき、もう一度荷物を出してもらった。こちらのミスで申し訳ないとは思うが、それを頼んだ時の表情や目線で、気持ちが伝わる。とても残念な気持ちになった。
スタッフの方全員ではない。1人。こんな事を呟いて申し訳ないが、今までホテルに宿泊して、初めて嫌な対応だったので、書かせていただいた。
チェックイン前に駐車するには、追加料金がかかるのは知らなかった。知らないのは、こちらのミスだと思うが、どこかに記載してあったのだろうか？1時間前くらいだったので、知っていたらチェックイン時刻後にしたのに、と思った。
