Pros:

初めて東横INNを利用したが、1つ1つ丁寧に説明してくれました。
ホテル予約の際、他社サイトから予約をしたが、東横INNのサイトから、予約すると何が違うのか？、また今後も　東横INNを利用についての、説明などもわかりやすかった。

Cons:

エレベーターが１台しか、なく来るまでに時間がかかっていて、他の人が結構待っていたのが、見えました。
