Pros:

Lovely, helpful staff. A great location - very short walk to metro, half an hour from dotonobri district. Breakfast included was large, free cold water station, an all around great stay.

Cons:

Mattress was hard for my personal preference.

Good value stay, very close to Osaka castle and transport links.
Pros:

Location close to Osaka castle is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Despite proximity to major highway, sound insulation was good so easy to sleep. Laundry room and breakfast inclusion are good. Value for money is good.

Cons:

There are no larger family rooms for groups larger than 4 guests. Breakfast was fine, not of standard or variety we had in other Japanese hotels.

Un bon rapport qualité - prix sur Osaka
Pros:

Nous avons bien été accueillis et ils ont gardé nos bagages en attendant l'heure du check-in. Le petit déjeuner compris avec un prix de nuit bas est un super plus, surtout que celui-ci est complet. L'endroit est plutôt calme, et le château d'Osaka est à environ 15 minutes à pied. Présence de 3 lignes de métro proches.

Cons:

La literie était assez dur, ce n'était pas très agréable de dormir sur le matelas. Même si l'hôtel est proche du château d'Osaka, il reste un peu isolé du reste à pied (Dotonbori, Nipponbashi, des quartiers un peu plus vivants...).

対応していただいたスタッフさんは常に笑顔だったので気持ちよかった。

Cons:

・部屋に浴衣があると思いこんでいて、チェックアウト時にフロント前にあるのに気付いた。
・トイレの便座が勢いよく落ち、大きな音を立ててしまった。ゆっくり下がればよかった。
・隣の部屋？廊下から？　咳ばらいがよく聞こえていたのが残念。

Świetny wybór na pobyt turystyczny w Osace
Pros:

Super obsługa, bardzo pomocna. Byliśmy pierwszy raz w Japoni i bardzo dobrze czuliśmy sie w hotelu, tą obsługą. Pokój był mały, ale dla nas, gdzie z rana wychodziliśmy i wracaliśmy wieczorami był w zupełności wystarczający, zwłaszcza jak na swoją cenę. Dobre jedzenie, czystość, lokalizacja. Bardzo polecam.

Cons:

Jednie to brak owoców na śniadanie, ale samo jedzenie i tam było pyszne.
