特に不満はなし。
Pros:

朝食が無料が良い。毎日メニューが変わるので連泊でも飽きないし、地元メニューがあるのも良い。
朝食スタッフの対応が良い。

Cons:

良くない点は特にないが、普通のビジネスホテル。

スタッフさんがみんなステキな笑顔で、親切丁寧に応対してくれる
食事が無料の割に美味しい（特にしじみ汁）
JR松江駅まで徒歩3〜4分（松江駅には飲食店もあり、ホテルの周りには居酒屋もあるので食事には困らない）、コンビニも近い
目の前にバス停があるので、松江城からバスで戻った時に歩かずに済んで楽だった（終点『松江駅』のひとつ手前）

Pros:

ツインルームもダブルルームも空きがなく主人と2人でシングルルームに泊まりました。ベットが以外に広く無理なく眠れました。
その日は松江の花火大会の日だったので、もし泊まれなかったら花火大会を諦めるところでした。

朝ご飯があまり美味しく無かったこと。
エアコンが強過ぎて少し寒かったこと。

Pros:

The staff was friendly and check-in and out was smooth. The location is great and walkable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Cons:

I parked at the closest lot, which ended up being a lot more expensive than I thought for an overnight stay. It seems they reimburse for certain lots, but I didn't know which until I checked in.
