普通に快適でした
Pros:

博多駅から近くて買い物も近く便利でした
ベッドが広くて快適で、朝食も美味しくいただきました

Cons:

シャワーヘッドを壁に固定した時にヘッドの向きがおかしくて、洗いにくかった

朝の食事。色々なおにぎりがとても美味しいです。
ホテルで提供されるおにぎりは、具沢山なので、コンビニおにぎりは食べれなくなります^ - ^

Cons:

サラダのドレッシングは多種類あると良かったなぁ。
1種類がかけてある状態だったので、苦手な人は食べれないかも知れません。
エレベーターが1台となっています。
時間に余裕をもって行動されると安心かと。

おにぎり　ありがたい。
Pros:

静かに快適に過ごすことができたので満足
Pros:

朝食付きでよかった。明太子と鮭のおにぎりを食べたが、具がしっかり入っておいしかった。

Cons:

チェックアウトの時間と朝食の時間が重なってしまうので、エレベーターが混雑。５階だったため、エレベーターで降りるのに数回待たなくてはいけなかった。

Pros:

Overall OK place, conveniently located near main train station and car rental.

Cons:

The so-called "breakfast" is a hoax, literally nothing but a few onigiri and soup. I would come again if I could opt out of that "service", but with "breakfast included" the daily allowance is reduced. Therefore, no thank you.
Electronic check-in takes more time and as much staff for guidance as a conventional reception, therefore better abandon that model. It was OK to reduce physical contact during the Covid pandemic, but is embarrassing under normal conditions.
