松山市に泊まるならアリ
Pros:

賑やかな大街道からもすぐ。ホテル前の通りは、路面電車が走り道後温泉にも繋がる。朝は松山城跡まで散歩出来る。
コーヒーのサービスは嬉しい。早めに来れば、車はホテルの横の立体駐車場にも停められる。

Cons:

部屋の広さはホテルチェーンレベル。
朝食はサービスのホテルなので、朝の1階はかなり混雑する。

Good for a basic short stay
Pros:

Great location, tram within 1 minute walk of the hotel. Also within easy walking distance of Okaido. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable for what you get.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited. Things like fruit, yoghurt and juice would be expected as standard on hotel breakfasts; I was disappointed not to find them here. Limited bread options that ran out quickly. The pillow provided in the room was not comfortable, and I would have liked more than one. Also the rooms facing the main street meant a lot of noise leaked in.
